What exactly is one credit?
For hiring, one candidate: all of their calls, the retake and the report. For teams, one scored practice call with its feedback. For students, one take: the call, the coaching and the comparison with the take before.
Do credits run out mid-screening?
No. A credit is used when a link is created or a call starts, never halfway through. If you are low we tell you on the dashboard, and nothing already underway stops.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Write to hello@ask-milo.com and we add credits to your workspace by hand.
Is there a free trial?
Every new workspace starts with free credits, enough to run a real screening or a first round of practice before you pay anything.
